Jiangsu Provincial Economic and Information Technology Committee held a provincial working conference on Construction of the Technical Center of the Enterprises on Dec. 29, 2011. At the conference, 71 excellent enterprise technical centers during the Eleventh Five-year Plan were crowned with honors, and Linhai technical center was one of them.

    As we have learned, in Jiangsu Province, by the end of Eleventh Five-Year period, more than 2600 enterprise technical centers have been recognized by three levels of government: municipality, province and the nation. The cited enterprises all possess such characteristics as strong creativity capacity, high market share, good economic efficiency and considerable industry influence, etc.
